Features:
Upgrade from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10.
Refresh the operator interface with light and dark themes and updated dialogs and controls.
Add Mass Start photo-finish support and timing-evidence handling for elimination races.
Add KNSB and Swiss Timing photo-finish inputs and FinishLynx scoreboard-stream support.
Add configurable time offsets for FinishLynx LIF-file and scoreboard-stream inputs.
Add automatic time acceptance with a configurable acceptance range, a photo-folder setting, saved finish photos, and a separate photo viewer.
Follow the configured competition schedule number when selecting competitions.
Add time information on hover and an offset label to help review incoming measurements.
Add VeloPack installation and in-app update checks.
Fixes:
Fix concurrent database access while processing photo-finish data.
Restore saved clock settings correctly when loading the application.
Improve FinishLynx LIF-file reading.
Correct pulse assignment in quartets and ordering of photo-finish entries.
Fix setting, resetting, and clearing result statuses.
Correct lap-time formatting when precision is set to zero and line breaks in timing tooltips.
Fix photo-finish dialogs and save pending settings safely at shutdown.
